One credit generates one ad image in one format. A finished static usually takes about 3 credits once drafts and revisions are counted, so a typical test of four statics lands around 12 credits.
What is a static?
A static is a still image ad — one visual in a single format, like a 4:5 feed image or a 9:16 story, ready to run on Meta. It's what VEKZT generates. Everywhere this page says "finished statics", it means ad images that made it through drafts and revisions and are ready to publish.
Do crawls or briefs cost credits?
No. Crawling your store, extracting products, and generating briefs and brand intelligence are included on every plan.
What if I run out mid-campaign?
You can top up without changing plans. 20 credits cost $70, and if you find yourself topping up often, the next tier is usually the better deal.
What does the beta include?
Access is invite only through the waitlist, first come first served. Beta workspaces get 50 free credits every month — starting with 50 on day one — and beta members keep the prices shown here locked for their first 12 months.
When do paid plans open?
At public launch. Until then everything runs on the free beta grant, and joining the waitlist is the only way in.
Do credits expire?
Your monthly credits are part of that billing cycle and refresh at the start of the next one. Top-ups you buy stack on top of your allotment and stay available through the cycle.
What happens to my credits if I cancel or downgrade?
Every ad you have already generated stays yours to keep and export. Unused monthly credits are tied to an active plan, so it is worth using them before you cancel or move to a smaller plan.
Are credits refundable?
A generation that fails is refunded automatically, so you are never charged for an image you did not receive. Credits spent on delivered images are not refundable.
Who owns the ads I generate?
You do. Every ad image you make is yours to download, edit, and run on any platform. VEKZT does not take a cut or limit where you use them.
Can I change plans or credit volume later?
Yes. You can move up or down between plans, and paid plans let you pick the credit volume that matches your testing cadence. A top-up covers a busy week without a plan change.
What is the difference between Growth and Scale?
Growth fits a smaller brand testing lightly, with one workspace. Scale is built for active testing, and adds multiple brand workspaces, A/B test tracking, automatic brand intelligence refresh, on-demand top-ups, and priority support.
How do I get more help?
The docs cover plans, credits, and how the product works end to end. If you still have a question, reach the team from the Support page.
