Dashboard overview
Your home screen after sign-in, with status at a glance and one click back into the work.
What you see
- Your active brand's status, showing crawl state, product count, and recent variants.
- Quick entry tiles that jump straight into Chat, Quick Generate, Products, Variants, or Insights for the brand you worked on last.
The dashboard always reflects one brand at a time, the one you visited last. Everything on the screen, from the status line to the tiles, scopes to that brand, so switching the picker in the sidebar swaps the whole view at once.
Reading your brand status
The status area is the fastest way to know where a brand stands in the loop. A newly connected store shows its crawl running, then a product count once extraction finishes, then recent variants as you start generating. If a stage is waiting on you, that is where it surfaces first, before you go looking for it.
What to expect on a fresh brand
On a store with roughly 20 to 100 products, going from a pasted URL to your first ready creative is typically 15 to 20 minutes. Most of that is the one-time crawl and extraction, which runs once per store. Once the catalog is in, later batches take only a few minutes, so the wait is mostly a first-visit cost.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar collects terminal events. A batch finished rendering, a crawl completed, Brand Insights are ready, or something failed and needs a retry. Click any notification to jump straight to the asset. Long-running jobs never require you to sit and poll.
Search and the in-app guide
The sidebar's Search finds products, variants, and screens across your brands. Guide is the in-app feature reference with screenshots, the compact companion to these docs.
Jump back into the work
The dashboard tiles map to the tools you use most. These are the same destinations, described in full in their own pages.
